The professional dishwasher features a modern design and comes equipped with a steam function. It operates via electromechanical control with clear and durable markings on the control panel, which is tilted for optimal work comfort. The ergonomic handle ensures ease of use, and the dishwasher is suitable for washing plates, glasses, trays, and GN 1/1 containers. It can accommodate dishes with a maximum height of 320 mm. A precise dispenser for washing and rinsing liquids ensures efficiency, with two washing cycle options: 120 seconds or 180 seconds. The machine can handle 30 baskets per hour in the shorter cycle and 24 baskets per hour in the longer one. Certain models come with a dump pump and/or a flushing booster pump. It includes boiler and chamber temperature controls, with 2 pairs of washing and rinsing arms (top and bottom), consuming 2.5 liters of water per cycle. The chamber heater operates at 2 kW, and the boiler heater is available in 3 kW or 4.5 kW. The dishwasher features a 500x500 mm basket and includes 3 baskets: one for plates, one universal, one for glasses, and a cutlery container. It has a universal power supply system that can be configured for 230V or 400V. An optional surface filter can also be added. To prevent scale buildup, the device should have a water conditioner installed. For optimal cleaning results, it is recommended to use Stalgast professional dishwasher liquids. The feed chamber has a height of approximately 370 mm.
