The serving tray and movable wall are made of anodized aluminum, with a non-stick coated blade cover with indents. The motor is ventilated, and the adjustable feet provide stability. The maximum cutting thickness is 10 mm with a non-stick feature. The slicing button and thickness adjustment device come with a very sharp blade – please exercise caution when slicing and cleaning. The blade diameter is 250 mm.
