This professional dishwasher, featuring a modern design and steam function, is equipped with electromechanical controls and clear, durable markings on the control panel. The panel is tilted for comfort during operation, and the ergonomic handle ensures ease of use. It is suitable for washing plates, glasses, trays, and GN 1/1 containers, with a maximum dish height of 320 mm. The precise dispenser for detergent and rinse aid ensures efficient cleaning, with wash cycles of 120 or 180 seconds. The basket capacity ranges from 24 to 30 per hour. Selected versions include a dump pump and/or a rinse booster pump, along with controls for the boiler and chamber temperatures. The machine has two pairs of washing and rinsing arms (top/bottom) and consumes only 2.5 liters of water per cycle. The chamber heater power is 2 kW, while the boiler heater power is either 3 kW or 4.5 kW. The basket size is 500x500 mm, and three baskets are included: one for plates, one universal, one for glasses, and a cutlery container. The universal power supply system allows configuration for either 230 V or 400 V. Optionally, a surface filter can be added. To prevent limescale buildup and ensure optimal washing results, a water conditioner should be installed, and Stalgast professional detergents are recommended. The feed chamber height is approximately 370 mm.
