This professional dishwasher features a modern design and a steam function, making it ideal for use in professional settings. It is equipped with electromechanical controls, with legible and durable markings on the control panel, which is tilted for optimal working comfort. The ergonomic handle provides ease of use. It is suitable for washing plates, glasses, trays, and GN 1/1 containers, with a maximum dish height of 320 mm. The precise rinse aid dispenser and wash cycle options of 120 or 180 seconds ensure high efficiency, with a capacity of up to 30 baskets per hour. Selected versions include a dump pump or a flushing booster pump, as well as boiler and chamber temperature controls. The dishwasher has two pairs of washing and rinsing arms (top and bottom), with water consumption of 2.5 liters per cycle. The chamber heater power is 2 kW, while the boiler heater power can be 3 kW or 4.5 kW. The basket size is 500x500 mm, and three baskets are included: one for plates, a universal basket, one for glasses, and a cutlery container. The universal power supply system allows configuration for either 230 V or 400 V. Optionally, a surface filter can be added. To protect against limescale buildup and ensure optimal washing quality, a water conditioner should be installed, and Stalgast professional dishwasher liquids are recommended for excellent results. The feed chamber height is approximately 370 mm.
