This modern design professional dishwasher features a steam function and electronic control for precise parameter selection. The control panel is legible, durable, and tilted for comfort. With an ergonomic handle, it’s suitable for washing plates, glasses, trays, and GN 1/1 containers, accommodating dishes up to 320 mm high. The feed chamber height is around 370 mm. It has a precise dispenser for washing and rinsing liquids, and offers washing cycles of 90, 120, or 180 seconds. Basket capacity is 40, 30, or 24 per hour, depending on the cycle. The machine includes a dump pump or flushing booster pump in selected versions, along with temperature controls for the boiler and chamber. Two pairs of washing and rinsing arms (top and bottom) are included, with a water consumption of 2.5 liters per cycle. Chamber heater power is 2 kW, and boiler heater power is 6 kW. The basket size is 500x500 mm. A water conditioner is recommended to protect against limescale deposits, and using Stalgast dishwasher liquids ensures optimal washing results.
