This professional dishwasher features a modern design and is equipped with a steam function. It utilizes electromechanical control, ensuring ease of use with legible and durable markings on the control panel. The panel is appropriately tilted to enhance work comfort, complemented by an ergonomic handle. It is suitable for washing plates, glasses, trays, and GN 1/1 containers, with a maximum height for washed dishes of 320 mm. The dishwasher has a precise dispenser for washing and rinsing liquids and offers two washing cycle options: 120 seconds or 180 seconds. The basket capacity per hour is either 30 or 24 baskets, depending on the configuration. Additional features include a dump pump and/or a flushing booster pump (available in selected versions), as well as controls for the boiler and chamber operating temperatures. The appliance is equipped with two pairs of washing and rinsing arms (top and bottom) and has a water consumption of 2.5 liters per cycle. The chamber heater has a power of 2 kW, while the boiler heater offers options of 3 kW or 4.5 kW. The dishwasher has a basket size of 500x500 mm and features a universal power supply system that allows for configuration of the supply voltage at either 230 or 400 V. An optional surface filter can be used, and the device should have a water conditioner installed to protect against scale formation.
