Electric forklift, 2000kg

The electric forklift with forks ES20T4‑500 is a professional equipment designed for handling loads of up to 2000 kg, ideal for warehouses, logistics centers, and industrial spaces requiring lifting at height.

Equipped with a Triplex mast with free lift, it allows raising pallets up to ~4500 mm without extending the mast in the initial phase – a major advantage in spaces with low ceilings. Standard forks allow safe and stable operation for European-sized pallets.

The forklift uses polyurethane (PU) wheels for quiet and durable movement:

• Drive wheel: Ø230 mm
• Supporting wheels (front): Ø124 mm
• This configuration ensures grip and stability, including on smooth industrial floors.

For safety and efficiency, it is equipped with an electromagnetic brake, which automatically engages when the motor stops.

The travel speed is ~5.0 km/h (unloaded) and ~4.5 km/h (loaded), while the lifting speed is ~0.16 m/s (empty) and ~0.11 m/s (loaded) – an excellent balance between performance and control.

The model has an operational weight of approximately 1505 kg (with battery), being well-balanced for stability under load.

Wheelbase is 1395 mm, contributing to an optimal center of gravity.

Due to the compact design, the minimum turning radius is between 1585–1650 mm, allowing maneuverability in narrow aisles.

Ground clearance is between 18 and 30 mm, ensuring protection against unevenness and low ramp crossings.

Control is fully electric, including steering (EPS – Electric Power Steering), which reduces the operator’s effort and increases comfort during long working shifts.
