Placement and Usage Recommendations

The equipment should be installed in the washing area of a professional kitchen with connection to water, drainage, and a 380 V power supply. Placement must consider dimensions of 724 × 818 × 1529 mm, a hood lift height of 450 mm, and a working water pressure of 2–4 bar. For model AC800DD, the drain pump is listed as an option, so its availability should be verified when ordering; for AC800DIG PSDD, the drain pump is included.
