Professional meat grinder with a durable metal construction for intensive use. The base is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The feed hopper is made of polished aluminum alloy, with a stainless steel tray for meat feeding. The cast iron throat and the screw (auger) made of a special aluminum alloy ensure uniform grinding. Continuous operation up to 8 hours, non-slip feet. Includes 6 mm and 8 mm grinding plates, plate diameter 82.3 mm, feed opening approximately 53 mm.
