The YATO pizza baking screen is made of aluminum and has an outer diameter of 400 mm, with an inner diameter of 380 mm. Through free air flow via 4x5 mm mesh openings, it enables much faster baking and thorough evaporation of moisture, ensuring even baking of the dough and achieving a crispy crust. The profile thickness is 1 mm, and the rim width is 10 mm. It is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
