YATO polycarbonate drainer GN1/1

The YATO GN1/1 polycarbonate drainer is designed to allow water to drain from wet products to the bottom of the container while simultaneously isolating food from liquid, extending its freshness. Made of transparent polycarbonate (PC), this drainer meets the GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996 standard and is suitable for a wide range of professional applications in commercial kitchens. It can be used at temperatures ranging from -40 to +99 °C and is dishwasher safe. It has good resistance to mechanical damage, does not absorb odors or flavors, and can be stacked for efficient storage. This drainer is not perforated and cannot be used in ovens or stoves. While resistant to most mechanical factors, it is not recommended for contact with organic acids or harsh detergents. Ideal for keeping food in optimal hygiene and freshness conditions.
